It was based in nice building in an excellent location, in the middle of jackson. The staff was affable and great, as for 3-stars hotel. I had brand-new and excellent room complete with A/C and strong WiFi and a comfortable bed.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, going out of their way to make sure guests were satisfied. The location of the hotel was convenient, close to a business center. The rooms were spacious and had comfortable beds, offering a good night's sleep.

The cleanliness of the rooms was not up to par, with dirty carpets and a leaking shower.

As young families, we loved the spacious rooms with comfortable beds, strong wifi, and refreshing pool.

During our Christmas stay, we were pleasantly surprised by the complementary goodies in our room and the friendly hotel staff. The location was convenient for us, as it was close to the places we needed to visit. One of the best aspects was the enjoyable view of the city from our window.

The carpets were dirty and the towels were worn out with stains. Furthermore, we noticed a few bugs during our stay, making our experience uncomfortable.

The front desk staff was unwelcoming and treated guests with suspicion, going as far as inspecting rooms before check-out and holding a deposit on the credit card. They even escorted guests to rooms, not to assist, but to count towels and amenities.
